The institute
About us
IFT Learnings exists because of a gap that is easy to describe and hard to fix: plenty of people finish a course and still cannot do the job. We built the institute around closing that gap — small batches, mentors who still work in the field, and projects instead of slide decks.
( Why we exist )
The internet is full of tutorials and short of people who can build. Watching someone else solve a problem feels like learning and is not. What changes a beginner into a professional is doing the work badly, getting told exactly why it is bad, and doing it again. That loop is expensive to run and it is the only thing we are really selling.
Our mission
To take people who are motivated but untrained and get them to the point where they can be hired, or paid by a client, on the strength of work they built themselves.
Our vision
To be the institute local employers call first when they need someone who can actually start — and the one students recommend because it was honest with them.
( How we teach )
Small batches, capped
Seats per batch are limited so mentors have time to review each student's work individually. That review is the whole product; it does not survive scale.
Practitioners, not lecturers
Every mentor still works in the field they teach. You get the current version of the job, including the parts that are annoying.
Build every module
No module ends with a quiz. Each one ends with something that exists — a model, a site, a campaign, a design system.
Real critique
Your work gets read properly and you are told what is wrong with it. Uncomfortable, and the fastest way anyone improves.
Online and recorded
Every track runs online as a live session with a mentor, and every session is recorded — so missing one is an inconvenience rather than a setback.
Portfolio-first
You leave with work you can show and explain. Nobody is hired for a certificate — they are hired for what they can prove they made.
What we won't promise.
We do not guarantee jobs, and you should be sceptical of any institute that does. Hiring depends on your effort, your portfolio, the market and your timing — three of those four are outside our control. We also will not tell you a six-month skill can be learned in three weeks, or sell you a track we do not think fits you.
What we do commit to: capped batch sizes, mentors who review your work individually, recorded sessions, a portfolio of real projects, and honest counselling before you pay anything — including telling you when the answer is "not this track, and not yet".
