Technology institute — seven career tracks

Learn the skills that get you hired.

AI and Cyber Security in the top tier, plus Full Stack, WordPress, SEO & Digital Marketing and two design tracks. Taught by people who ship — with live projects, not slide decks.

Who we are

( The institute )

IFT Learnings is a technology institute built around one question: can you actually do the job on day one? Every track is short on theory and long on practice — you build, break and ship real work, reviewed by mentors who do this for a living. Small batches, honest feedback, and a portfolio you are not embarrassed to send.

How it works

( Enrolment to hired )
Phase 01

Counselling

A free call before you pay anything. We look at where you are, what you want, and tell you honestly which track fits — including when the answer is "not this one yet".

Phase 02

Foundations

The fundamentals nobody skips. Whatever your track, you start with the thinking underneath it — so later modules land instead of washing over you.

Phase 03

Core skills

The bulk of the course. Live sessions, weekly assignments, and code or work reviewed by a mentor line by line. Recordings if you miss one.

  • Small batches, so questions actually get answered
  • Weekly one-to-one feedback on your work
  • Every module ends in something you built
Phase 04

Live projects

Real briefs, real constraints, real deadlines. You work the way a team works — version control, reviews, revisions — and it goes straight into your portfolio.

Phase 05

Career support

CV and portfolio review, mock interviews, and help positioning yourself for jobs or freelance clients. Certificate on completion.

Why IFT

( What's different )
01

Mentors who still do the work

Every instructor works in the field they teach. You get the current version of the job, not the version from five years ago.

02

Small batches on purpose

Capped seats per batch so there is time to look at your work individually. A hundred-student webinar is not teaching.

03

Build, don't just watch

Every module ends in something that exists — a model, a site, a campaign, a design system. Watching tutorials is not a skill.

04

Portfolio, not just a certificate

You finish with work you can show. Nobody gets hired for a PDF — they get hired for what they can prove they made.

05

Live online, recorded

Every track runs online with every session recorded. Miss a class and you have not fallen behind.

06

Honest counselling first

We would rather tell you a track is wrong for you now than take a fee and watch you drop out at week six.

Questions

( Before you enroll )
Do I need a technical background?

For SEO & Digital Marketing and UI/UX, no — those start from zero. For AI, Cyber Security and Full Stack, you do not need prior experience but you do need to be comfortable with a computer and willing to put in practice hours outside class. The counselling call exists precisely to check this honestly before you pay.

Is this online or in person?

Every track is online. Sessions are live with a mentor rather than pre-recorded videos, and each one is recorded so you can rewatch it or catch up if you miss a class. There is no on-campus or hybrid option.

How big are the batches?

Deliberately small. Seats are capped per batch so mentors have time to review each student's work individually — that one-to-one review is the part that makes people actually improve, and it does not scale to a hundred people.

What do I get at the end?

A completion certificate, a portfolio of the projects you built during the track, and career support: CV and portfolio review, mock interviews, and help positioning yourself for jobs or freelance work.

Do you guarantee a job?

No, and be sceptical of anyone who does. What we guarantee is that you will finish with real, demonstrable work and know how to present it. Hiring depends on your effort, your market and your timing — we will prepare you for it, not promise it.

What are the fees?

Fees vary by track and duration, and instalment plans are available. Get in touch and we will send the current fee structure for the track you are interested in, along with upcoming batch dates.

What if I fall behind?

Tell your mentor early. Sessions are recorded, assignment deadlines have some flexibility, and if you genuinely cannot keep pace we will move you to the next batch at the same point rather than let you quietly drop out.
